    Cellar 9+ Castell D'Aigua 2018

Moisès Virgili i Rovira is the winemaker and founder of Cellar 9+, after a career in agriculture and working with other vineyards he decided to start Cellar 9+. The organic vineyard is set not far from the Mediterranean Sea. Moisès is serious about the sustainability of the vineyard and care of the land - and this passion at Cellar 9+ is apparent because this wine is delicious; the aroma from Cartoixà is a mixture of peaches, apricot and almonds, on the palate it tastes of caramel and has fresh tannins. Pour yourself a glass and transport yourself to the sunny Spanish coast.

    • Produced in: Catalunya, Spain
    • Key features: Organic / Unfiltered
    • Grapes: 100% Cartoixà
    • Try with: Fish dishes / White meat / Med veg dishes / Turkish mezze
    Pradarolo Ex Alba

The Pradarolo Farm is located in Serravalle, in the Parma province. Purchased by the Carretti family in 1971, starting from 1989 the farm gradually converted to the production of wines, reviving an old way of life on the farm. The ex Alba tastes like tangerine and green apple, a little bit of black pepper on the tongue that gives this low ABV wine a bit of zing, but overall this is a crisp, fun and refreshing wine.

    • Produced in: Varano de’ Melegari, Italy
    • Key features: Organic / Unfiltered / Low ABV 10.5%
    • Grapes: Trebbiano
    • Try with: Pasta dishes / Lean fish /Mexican dishes
