    Tillingham Method Traditional 2017
    This is an English sparkling wine from natural winemaker Tillingham. Produced using the traditional Champagne method for sparkling wine to bring you a very elegant sip. It’s dry, with refreshing acidity, a generous fizz and some biscuit flavours added by its time in oak barrels. This is very close in taste to Champagne - you won’t believe it’s an English sparkling wine!
    • Produced in Rye, UK
    • Key features: Vegan / Minimal additional sulphites
    • Grapes: Pinot Noir 50% / Chardonnay 45% / Pinot Meunier 5%
    • Enjoy with: shellfish, lean fish, canapes, or simply as an aperitif

    Vermentuzzo 2018, Vini di Giovanni
    Still white Vermentino from natural winemaker Giovanni Mesina. Giovanni is known as "the shepherd who makes wine" because as well as winemaking he tends to a small flock of sheep raised on organic soil. This wine is so natural even the label is made of grass. This wine is dry and refreshing, with hints of pineapple and minerality.
    • Produced in Umbria, Italy
    • Key features: Vegan / Natural production
    • Grapes: Vermentino 100%
    • Enjoy with: pasta, vegetable-heavy dishes, lean fish

    Vivanterre Rouge 2020
    Vivanterre Rouge is a red Gamay from natural wine producers Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau, in collaboration with fashion designer Rosie and her husband Max Assoulin – a very chic wine. This is an exciting sip, light-bodied but full of flavour. Vibrant black and red fruits with just the right amount of acidity to balance it all out.
    • Produced in Auvergne, France
    • Key features: Vegan / Natural production / Organic grapes
    • Grapes: Gamay 100%
    • Enjoy with: charcuterie, cheese board, simple pasta dishes, antipasti, tacos
