If you've been looking at natural wine you'll have probably seen the word's Pét-Nat, which refers to naturally sparkling wine, which may have got you thinking - well how is other sparkling wine made? Below are the two definitions, one of naturally sparkling wine and the method traditional used to make champagne - to help you on your way.  Pét-Nat Short for Pétillant Naturel, these are lightly sparkling wines, made in all colours. You often hear the words organic, natural and biodynamic talked about in tandem and they do sit under the same ‘natural’ umbrella so to speak - but there is a difference.
